We met Kris through a friend of ours. I was a bit skeptical at first since he is located down in orange county and we were looking for homes around Rancho Cucamonga. Kris is so patient and helpful, he was always willing to come up north to look through houses with us. We had to tell him not to come since a few houses were just weekend open houses. After a year or looking and back and forth on various offers/short sales. We were able to find our new home. Kris make the process easy, before I even start to wonder what is going on with certain steps of the home buying he had already followed up and provided me an answer. This is even when he was expecting his newborn, he made the whole home buying process as his own. He gave us honest feedback and suggestions, he even tailor each home to our previous reactions. Thank you Kris for your handwork and dedication, I really appreciate your service.
We had the pleasure of working with Kris on our very first home purchase. Kris and team are extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. The transaction was fast and smooth and he answered every single question we had thoroughly. The level of service and clear communication that Kris offers is second to none and we look forward to working with him on all our future real estate needs
Alex has represented us for multiple purchases and sale of our home. I have even referred him to several friends who were pleased with his service as well. He is very responsive and does what he needs to in order to represent. I love that he is honest and has the clients best interest at heart. He has experience with real estate and commercial which makes him more versatile!
As a first time home buyer who was also expecting her first child trying to buy in an extremely competitive SoCal housing market, I was pretty nervous about my home buying experience to say the least. Alex was so helpful in helping us find the best home for us. He was willing to go to many many open houses, make offers on multiple houses, give us his honest opinion about whether a house was "worth it" (and advising us to not overbid above our means), and taking care of everything (ex. sending a mobile notary to me apartment so that I wouldn't have to schlep my 8-month pregnant self to find a notary). He truly made the process as painless as possible for us and I recommend him wholeheartedly. We're a few months into our new home and we still contact him if any questions come up and he is sure to respond immediately. Alex is a true advocate for his clients and I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a realtor who will help you buy your dream home.
My girlfriend and I are originally from Los Angeles and wanted to buy a new place in Orange County (Foothill Ranch/Irvine area). Originally, we had a realtor, but she did not work out as she lived in Los Angeles. Fortunately, we were able to find Kris through our connections. Here is my take. Kris far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend him to any of my friends and family members. I think most importantly, Kris is someone who you can actually trust. He helped us close in 30 days and we were able to get our property $10k BELOW asking. Most importantly, we were able to get the seller to accept our offer before it went into the open house weekend. Otherwise, we had no chance of getting the place! To summarize, here are some of the things you can expect: - He does NOT pressure you in buying a home - He ANSWERS his phone and texts FASTER than I do with my girlfriend. LMAO - He will give you his own take for housing price, property conditions, and home layouts - He has many connections and resources who helped us in deciding our home (i.e. contractors/engineers/designers/pool guys) - The guy is always on top of things: following up, pushing the listing agents, coordinating, etc. - If you do put him in a bad spot, he is willing to take the heat from the seller/listing agent - He is willing to put an offer at any cost and at any time
